Full-time M.B.A. students usually have about two years of work experience and can explore nearly 20 business clubs, from Hispanic Business Student Association to Investment Club. The Professional M.B.A. program is designed for students with approximately five years of experience in the field and consists of two evening classes per week, for two years. Professionals with at least six years of related experience can pursue the Executive M.B.A., which meets once per week for 21 months.

Graduates of the David Eccles School of Business can enroll in the University of Utah Alumni Association, which offers intensive workshops, résumé writing tips, and job boards. Notable alumni of the Eccles School of Business include Robert McDonald, CEO of Proctor and Gamble; Jerry Atkins, CEO of SkyWest; and Spencer Eccles, former CEO of First Security and grandson of the school’s namesake.
