Graduate students at Boston’s Northeastern University have multiple tracks to choose from when pursuing their master’s degrees from the College of Business Administration. The school offers a standard full-time M.B.A. program, along with part-time evening and online programs, and an executive M.B.A. for students with extensive professional experience.

Tech-savvy individuals hoping to increase their business prowess can pursue in the school’s High Tech M.B.A., a 21-month, part-time program geared toward sparking innovation in industry. In addition to the M.B.A. options at the College of Business Administration, Northeastern University also has M.S. tracks in accounting, taxation, finance, international business, and technological entrepreneurship. The school also offers dual-degree programs with the School of Nursing, School of Law, and within the College of Business Administration.

Northeastern M.B.A. students focus on specialized career tracks, and cut their teeth in the business world via a paid six-month corporate residency with employers such as GM Aviation and IBM. To sharpen their global business skills, M.B.A. students are also able to complete an international field study during their first year. During the global component, students travel to Russia, India, China, or Brazil and Argentina, take classes, and meet with business leaders in the region.

Outside of the classroom, M.B.A. students can take advantage of Northeastern University’s location in the heart of Beantown by catching a Red Sox game, exploring the harbor, or touring historical sites. Graduates from the College of Business join an esteemed alumni base that includes Nikesh Arora, senior vice president and chief business officer for Google, Inc. Napster founder Shawn Fanning and Twitter cofounder Christopher ‘Biz” Stone also attended Northeastern University’s College of Business Administration.
