Nestled in the city of Atlanta, home to many corporate giants including The Coca-Cola Co., Turner Broadcasting System, and AT&T, is the College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. With an annual enrollment of 75 students, the College of Management M.B.A. program stresses a sense of community to go along with a flexible curriculum that promotes customization. Students are given the opportunity to focus on one area of business or gain a broad knowledge of many areas with 24 hours of graduate electives at their disposal.

Sitting in an epicenter of international business means promoting a global initiative among the school’s M.B.A. students, and the College of Management requires students to complete an international-based elective. The International Practicum, a semester-long elective course, allows students to work with and consult international companies and experience visiting these companies in countries such as Costa Rica, Ireland, and Japan. Along with a full-time M.B.A. program, the college also offers an evening M.B.A. program and a Ph.D. program.

Georgia Tech’s College of Management offers more than 10 student clubs for roughly 150 M.B.A. students, including an International Business Club and a Management Consulting Club. Some of the most notable alumni include David Garrett, former chairman and CEO of Delta Air Lines, and Jack Guynn, former president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
