A member of the City University of New York (CUNY) system, Baruch College was the first free public institution of higher education in the nation when it was founded in 1847. With classes in Manhattan, Baruch College students in the Zicklin School of Business, the largest business school in the country, have many opportunities to get real world experience in the nearby Wall Street and Midtown regions, and at New York’s myriad company headquarters.
In the classroom, Zicklin School of Business graduate students have many options to pursue M.B.A., M.S., joint, and executive degrees. Zicklin offers a full-time M.B.A. program, as well as a flexible M.B.A. track that allows students to choose from full- or part-time course loads at the beginning of each semester. Through the accelerated part-time M.B.A. program, students can work during the day and complete their degrees in 28 months.
There’s also a Joint J.D./M.B.A. program offered through Zicklin School of Business, Brooklyn Law School, and New York Law School, and an M.B.A. in health care administration program offered in partnership with the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Business students at Baruch College can earn M.S. degrees in several areas, including business computer information systems and quantitative methods and modeling. Experienced business professionals can advance their careers by pursuing one of the executive programs at Zicklin School of Business. Executive degree programs include the M.B.A., as well as M.S. programs in finance, financial statement analysis, and industrial and labor relations.
